Things you should know: 

  • Before you can use one of our SIM cards in your existing phone you may need to get your previous network or service provider to unlock the handset
  • You may need to wait until the expiry of any existing minimum term you have agreed and a charge may be payable
  • All customers must pay via monthly direct debit
  • SIM Only customers are subject to a minimum contract term of 24 months
  • Calls billed in one second increments after the first minute which is billed as a sixty second increment
  • Inclusive minutes can be used for calls to standard UK landlines (starting 01, 02 or 03) and all UK network mobiles. It excludes calls to non-geographic numbers (starting 05, 08), 07744 and 07755 numbers and premium rate (09) numbers
  • Your inclusive text allowance can be used for UK text messaging. Picture messages to UK mobiles will be charged at higher rates
  • Off-peak is from 19:00-07:00 weekdays and 19:00 Friday to 07:00 Monday over the weekend
  • Your data allowance applies for use in the UK only. If you take your handset abroad, the charge for surfing the net/checking emails etc. is not included in your core tariff allowance and is charged separately
  • We recommend you choose one of our Data Abroad bolt ons if you are travelling abroad
  • Maximum of 8GB of data Bolt Ons per mobile service in any billing period
  • Any unused data will not rollover to the next billing cycle
  • You can choose to add data Bolt Ons at any point in your contract. Either as a one-off or a monthly recurring Bolt On. If you take 100MB as part of your core allowance and then top up 500MB or more they will not get unlimited WI-FI
  • Excessive usage policy applies to Unlimited Wi-Fi, where applicable
  • Shared minutes and texts are added to the primary handset and are available to all mobiles on the account on a first come, first served basis
  • You may have up to 75,000 shared minutes in total - including their tariff's inclusive minutes
  • You may have up to 7500 shared texts in total - including your tariff's inclusive texts
  • Pricing quoted is excludes VAT
